In 1983, a new Ayurvedic Unit know as Rahat Industries was established at Allahabad under proprietorship of Mrs. Rashida Ajmal who was very fond of Indian system of medicine. She got herself registered with West Bengal Government as practitioner in Unani System of Medicine. Mrs. Rashida Ajmal introduced all her four sons namely Mohd. Ahsan, Mohd. Arshad, Asad Jamal and Shadab Jamal as the partners of the firms. The firm progressed well. The famous brands of this concern are Nurament Cream, Nurament Tel, Kaphnol Syrup, Amrit Sanjeevani, Dizec Syrup, Borosil and Himlok Tel etc.

Later on a new unit equipped with fully Automatic plants and machinery with all GMP parameter, RAHAT INDUSTRIES LIMITED was set in Roorkee, Distt.-Haridwar, Uttrakhand state started production and sales shot up with the help of new modern building GMP Parameter, automatic machineries and well equipped lab. The products are manufactured totally by automatic machines. At present only two products namely Nurament and Nurament Oil are being manufactured here.
