All the development activities are carried out as per standard guidelines and under GMP conditions. The team ensures that the finished products pass through all the tests required to maintain quality of the products. The team also ensures that the finished products are stable throughout their shelf life. Packaging material selection is given utmost attention so that products can retain efficacy throughout their shelf life.

Medical Services Department
This department consists of a team of learned and experienced doctors and is engaged in conceptualizing and designing Ayurvedic and Unani proprietary medicines, herbal creams and a range of herbal Syrup. The department provides medical support for various products and product development processes. The department also provides medical support to the marketing department for preparation of various promo materials.
This department also comprises of a team of doctors/ scientists specialized in conducting clinical studies on Ayurvedic and Unani proprietary medicines, herbal creams and a range of herbal Syrup. The clinical studies are conducted as per ICH GCP guidelines.

PACKAGING OF PRODUCTS
Liquid Section:
The Liquid section unit has high speed fully automatic filling, sealing and labeling plant. The production capacity is 28800 bottles per shift of 8 hours. We have two such plants.
Ointment Section:
We have three Automatic tube filling, sealing and coding machines with around 40 tubes per minute each. The production capacity per shift is 75600. A double head automatic high speed machine has been installed and started working.
Tablet Section:
The Tablet unit is equipped with high speed rotary fully enclosed machine along with Blister packaging machines.
